Service Delivery & Access

NextGen Training Academy provides training services and digital learning materials. We do not sell or ship physical products, so no shipping is involved. This policy explains how you receive and access what you pay for.

1. Public workshops

• Delivered in person at the stated venue (for example, Penampang, Sabah) on the scheduled date and time.
• On registration, you will receive a confirmation and joining details by email or WhatsApp.
• Workshop materials and an e-certificate of completion are provided as part of the program.

2. In-house corporate training

Delivered on-site at your premises (or a venue you arrange) on a date agreed with you. Scope, schedule, and materials are confirmed before the session.

3. Digital materials

Any digital resources (slides, templates, prompts, certificates) are delivered electronically by email or a shared link, usually during or shortly after the program.

4. Access issues

If you do not receive your confirmation, materials, or certificate, let us know and we will resend them promptly.
