These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NextGen Training Academy website and your enrolment in our training programs and workshops. By accessing this website or registering for a program, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

NextGen Training Academy provides AI and digital-skills training, delivered as public workshops and as in-house corporate training. Program content, schedules, and trainers may be updated to keep the material current.

2. Registration & payment

• A place is confirmed only once full payment (or an approved HRD Corp grant) is received.
• Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Self-funded fees have no SST applied.
• For HRDC-claimable enrolments, you are responsible for submitting your HRD Corp grant before the program date; our team will assist with the required documents.

3. Rescheduling & cancellation

Cancellations, transfers, and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may reschedule or cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control and will offer a transfer or refund in such cases.

4. Participant conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and not to disrupt sessions. Training materials are provided for your personal learning and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All course content, slides, templates, and materials remain the intellectual property of NextGen Training Academy unless stated otherwise.

6. Limitation of liability

Training is provided for educational purposes. While we share practical methods that work for us and our clients, results depend on your own application, and we do not guarantee specific business or financial outcomes.

7. Changes to these terms
