Who should take Master Claude AI for Business Productivity?

Master Claude AI for Business Productivity is for business owners, managers and office teams in HR, finance, admin and operations. You need no technical background. The one-day class works on your own documents and tasks, with Claude set up on your laptop and account.

You practise HR documents, recruitment, onboarding, internal communication, finance analysis, spreadsheets and reports. Admin work includes meeting notes, emails, documents and SOPs, or standard operating procedures. You also work on research, proposals and presentations.

You organise company knowledge inside Claude Projects and practise Claude Skills, reusable workflows and Claude Cowork for multi-step work. Bring your laptop, charger and a few files your company allows you to use as copies.

What will you make in AI Video Marketing Mastery?

In AI Video Marketing Mastery, you create your own AI influencer, place it inside your shop and leave with a 30-day posting plan. Beginners who have never made a video and are not techy are welcome. Bring a laptop and photos of your shop or product.

You practise keeping one consistent face across videos, writing scripts, adding voices and editing finished short-form marketing videos. Karya Studio is Edison's AI creation platform, where credits generate images and video. The included credits let you keep generating videos after class.

Choose full Mandarin or English teaching, with free seat transfers between the two. Your class language does not decide your video language: you can make videos in Chinese, English or Malay. Disclose AI use in your videos.

What will you set up in AI-Powered Social Media Growth?

AI-Powered Social Media Growth takes you through content creation and, on Day 2, a posting workflow that sends approved posts to your own channels on a schedule. Choose this class if you want to work on your brand's content and posting process.

You cover company knowledge, audience research, content strategy, AI writing, images, video and editing. You also practise content calendars, repurposing, Facebook and Instagram campaigns, ad variations, competitor ad remakes and reporting. Bring your laptop, logo, product photos, one offer to promote this month and the login for the Facebook or Instagram page you post to.

Can you join AI Full-Stack Building for Business without coding experience?

Yes, AI Full-Stack Building for Business needs no coding background; bring a business process you can explain in plain English. Also known as vibe coding, this class uses AI building tools, Claude Code and/or ChatGPT Codex, to turn business ideas and processes into working tools. You build a first working version of an internal tool for your own process.

The class covers websites, web apps, dashboards, internal systems, databases, APIs, deployment and workflow integration. Bring a laptop, charger and a process such as quotations, stock, leave or orders, with its spreadsheet or a screenshot of how it works today. Use sample or copied data; the project is a first working tool, not a full ERP or a replacement for accounting software.

Can your company claim HRDC for these classes?

All four classes are HRDC claimable under SBL-Khas, with claim assistance. Your company applies to HRD Corp at least 3 days before class; NextGen advises 10 or more days. The price is the same whether you pay yourself or claim through HRDC.

What happens if your plans change?

You can transfer your seat free any time, and a replacement participant is allowed. The refund options depend on how far ahead of class you change your plans.

• 14 or more days before class: full refund or free transfer.
• 7 to 13 days before class: 50% refund or free transfer.
• If NextGen cancels: free transfer or full refund.
